ReDo-Norfolk CIC

Vision
A world where everything and everyone gets a second chance and where nothing goes to waste.

Mission
Recycle – Educate – Develop – Organise
To be a flexible organisation, promoting and providing alternatives to landfill, through education and information, as well as hands-on projects and events.
To use profits to further develop the organisation through both short and long community-based projects.
To provide people, otherwise struggling to get a foot into the job market, a place to learn and grow.

As our quite bold vision statement says, our aim is a world where nothing and nobody goes to waste. We believe that there is a purpose for almost everything and that all we have to do is try to find it. This can be done by building up a network of crafters, artists, and community groups who are able to reuse or repurpose things into something new, providing that link between charity shops or individuals and the person or group who can use the thing otherwise destined for landfill.

We work hands-on with charities, collecting items otherwise destined for waste. Through selling, mending, repurposing and passing on we create less waste, funds for the charities and support local small businesses and artisans in the process.
We work with businesses and individuals trying to help them find solutions for waste.

We arrange free-to-attend events supporting charities and local businesses, connecting the community with eco-friendly alternatives.
We arrange workshops free of charge to help people get eco-friendly skills without the barrier of cost.

We believe that a future without waste should be possible and that being good should be easy!
