Strength Dept provides professional personal training in Norwich. We work with clients who want a supportive personal trainer who can guide them to better health, strength and fitness.

Our Norwich-based personal training service is perfectly suited for people new to exercise or making a comeback after injury or a period of inactivity. If you like the idea of getting fitter, stronger and looking and feeling more energetic (younger) but don’t know where to start, then get in touch.

Perhaps you think gyms aren’t for you or you’ve had a bad experience with exercise in the past. Relax. We can help. Our trainers are probably like you (over 40, with families and commitments and one or two aches in the morning), but with the skills to help you navigate your way around a gym or develop an effective home routine.

From our base in Norwich we deliver personal training sessions that lift techniques from Pilates, yoga, strength training and rehab to help you feel better, often within one or two sessions.

Our location in Norwich has ample free parking and a friendly atmosphere.
