Staithe Smokehouse
We are an artisan fish Smokehouse, located at the rear of the White Horse Pub, Brancaster Staithe.
We traditionally oak smoke a selection of fish using an age old technique.
We believe that care, time and patients make for quilty smoked fish.
At our Smokehouse we have our little shop at the front that we sell our smoked fish to the public. We also sell wholesale and supply a few of the local pubs, restaurants and Delis up and down the Norfolk coast. We also attend local markets.
We smoke over oak our award winning smoked salmon, smoked haddock, smoked crevettes and prawns, kiln roasted smoked salmon and mackerel, smoked mussels, our homemade smoked salmon mousse and more.
