Here at Bunns Farm Meats I pride myself in being passionate about what I do. I have for 11 years now bred and reared pure bred pedigree highland cattle. They are slow reared to 30 months for maximum flavour and richness. My steers are then hung for 30 days before being butchered into top quality steaks, roasting joints, braising steak, premium mince and quality handmade burgers.
My pork and lamb products are sourced locally from my butcher that does all of my butchery requirements. All meat is freeze blasted as soon as is cut to maximise freshness and quality.
I take pride in the full circle from field to fork, and discussing customer requirements.
