Job Description:
  • Admin support for the principle and 4 staff of the business to include:
  • Filing all paperwork appropriately
  • Managing emails and diary/schedule
  • Using multiple IT packages to produce correspondence, create proposals and invoices, record and analyse data
  • Maintain client files to ensure all documents can be easily located
  • Produce and maintain accurate records, complying with GDPR at all times
  • Undertake social media promotion of the business
Skills required:

Position: Admin & Social Media Assistant

Job Description:

Full training will be given but and interest in or existing experience in the following tasks is important:

  • communicating with our members via email & telephone emails (no cold calling)

  • Event load-in and load-out
  • Event set up
  • Plan, prepare and pack for events
  • Ensure accurate and timely event packing and returns of event equipment and decor
