Membership of buy local Ltd

1. buy local is hereinafter called the scheme.
2. Membership benefits are available only on full payment of membership fees
3. buy local Limited reserves the right to rescind the membership of any participant from the scheme for whatever reason, at its absolute discretion.
4. Members shall only use the buy local logo in strict accordance with the schemes design specifications.
5. buy local Limited accepts no responsibility for the member’s products services or actions.
6. buy local Limited shall in no way be liable for any losses, either financial or of goodwill, which may result from the rescinding of the membership scheme.
7. buy local Limited reserves the right to modify the agreement to reflect any change in law and for any other purpose it may deem relevant
